Team Leader – Thermal Engineering Group for XXXX
(Madrid, Spain). Responsible engineer for the system level
thermal analysis and thermal model post‑test correlation of the
METEOR missile programme for a Beyond Visual Range Air to Air
Missile (BVRAAM). Responsible engineer for the preparation of
system level Thermal Performance Statements for the clearance of
missile trials, including air launched demonstrations and
avionics tests. Responsible engineer for the development of a
reduce thermal model of the ramjet propulsion system of the
METEOR missile. Technical coordinator of the thermal analyses
and thermal models validation of the all the METEOR subsystems
design authorities (MBDA UK Ltd, MBDA France SA, MBDA Italy SpA,
MBDA D GmbH, SELEX Sensors and Airborne Systems Ltd, Bayern‑Chemie

Project Engineer at the Italian Space Agency
within the Small Mission Unit/ Satellite Platforms Unit. As a
thermo-structural engineer I was involved in the Project
Management and Engineering of the next ASI science mission for
gamma and X-ray astronomy, AGILE, in particular in the
management of the Bus and P/L design activities.

Between February and April 2002,
as a Thermal Engineer (stagiaire)
attached to the Thermal and Environmental Control Section
within the Mechanical Engineering Department, XXXX (Noordwijk,
The Netherlands) I worked for the thermal control design of the
ACES external payload of the ISS;

November 2001 – April 2004,
consultant engineer for homologation, stress engineering
and CAE/FEA within the automotive industry. My role is that of
Technical Director/Analyst for XXXX. I
co-ordinated a small team of consulting engineers and I was in
charged for the technical interfacing with the customers. In
particular I performed structural analysis by finite element
techniques of lightweight and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
Most of these activities have been undertaken for
DaimlerChrysler Italia S.p.A.

September 2000 - November 2001,
I worked as a Second Lieutenant within the Italian Air
Force, 15th Wing S.A.R. – 9th Air Brigade. I was assigned to
the Operation Office to co-ordinate the Statistical Service
(chief of a team of 10 people in 4 different locations) and to
work with Operation Planning & Control (approx. 150 crewmen). My
task included flight planning. I was crewmember of several
Wing's missions (HH-3F, AB-212), in Italy and abroad, for
training and operational purposes.

In
August 2001 I participated in the 7th EUROAVIA Design
Workshop in Milan hosted by Carlo Gavazzi Space S.p.A.;
as the responsible for the TM/TC & OBDH design team (4
people) I contributed to the successful completion of a cosmic
dust analyser satellite preliminary design.
·
August 2000 - October 2002,
I collaborated with the students and engineers of the Aerospace
and Astronautics Engineering Department - Rome University "La
Sapienza", for the system and mechanical/thermal design of the
DeSat microsatellite.
HOBBIES:
Reading historical
essays, English and Italian literatures; travelling; I.T.;
rowing; sailing; football; basketball;
ACTIVITIES:
Founder member of "Associazione Culturale No
Profit Il Faro” which main aim is to orient young people
for a successful career at university.
