WCG staff right up to and including directors and chairman authorities.

Requirements were to carry out technical support, running NT 3.51 servers

in a lan / wan environment on a multiple master domain for the following -

Windows NT server, WFWG 3.11, Dos, TCP/IP, Ccmail, MS Office, SMS

All-in-one, Kea, Netscape, Lotus Notes, Broker 2000 and other applications.

Support carried out for pc configuration / rebuilds / installation/

trouble shooting and upgrades from WFWG to Windows 95 / Win NT.

NT server duties for backup and restores, scheduled downtime and

administration. Provided backup at weekends when required for internal

office moves , cable laying and network patching.

           hundred users on a pre pilot rollout project. 

ADT AUCTIONS    April 1995 - November 1995 

Working in the IT section to assist with running AS400 queries

for production of three catalogues a week to meet required deadlines

for the allotment of vehicles to be auctioned around the united kingdom. 

AMP ASSET MANAGEMENT  March 1993 - November 1994 

Providing  on-line support for AS400 both by telephone and

liaison with AMPAM staff. General administration of AS400,

locating reports from AS400 query and printing of required

reports, weekly backup of report logs and daily / weekly

check of all other system logs. Assisting in the migration

project which involved transferring mainframe data to the

Skyline Management System. Receiving and answering queries

on the network including applications for Microsoft 2.0 - 6.0,

Lotus 123, Dataease, Skyline and Sun Accounts.
