Innovation Centre, I managed the delivery of ICT, eCommerce and
Telecommunications related products and services for two major
public sector programmes.
Achievements

Successfully managed the Broadband Wales Observatory project for
the [snip] Broadband Wales Programme, a £115M public sector
intervention to provide accessible, affordable broadband across
Wales. Key project deliverables included: a strategic study on
the future broadband infrastructure requirements for Wales,
country market reports, on-line broadband not-spots surveys,
content publication on the bi-lingual Observatory Web site and
multiple-case study research reports on the benefits of
broadband.

Led a team of 11 researchers to develop and deliver a
comprehensive eCommerce Adviser Training programme to up-skill
and accredit 200 business advisers who proficiently supplied
support services to over 11,000 clients across Wales for the
£30M Opportunity Wales programme.

Completed the production and rollout of a detailed ‘Advanced
Methodology’ for standardised delivery, quality control, and
auditing of eCommerce support services to Welsh businesses.
·
Produced a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme
in partnership with major technology suppliers (Microsoft, Sage,
Netsuite, SalesForce), which was well attended and valued by
eCommerce and ICT business advisers from across Wales.

member to support the project delivery and the achievement of
targets for the Technology Means Business ICT business adviser
accreditation scheme in Wales.
