Marital status: Single

Objective I am seeking to further my career as a consultant
and join a more dynamic environment.
I have the desire and drive to make anything achievable.
I have strong analytical skills that I feel would be
beneficial to any company. I enjoy variety within my work and
thrive on a challenge: I am equally capable of working alone or
within a dedicated team.
I find it easy to migrate from one discipline to another. I
am confident of my wide variety of skills within SAP and this is
something I feel able to transfer to a variety of customers.
I am the type of person who likes to solve a problem rather
than being handed the answer.
One of my greatest assets is my ability never to let a
problem defeat me. If I am not immediately aware of how to
progress to a solution I will always endeavour to find a way.

Professional experience SAP EXPERIENCE;
[snip] Limited
Dates: August 2006 – Present Day
Role: Senior Logistics Consultant
Since joining [snip] I have worked on various in house projects
including developing a contacts .net database system to enable
the practice to manage their contacts more efficiently.
Furthermore, as part of my current role I have been heavily
involved in sourcing new contracts, where I have used my own
contacts in the industry to court new possibilities. In addition
I have also been instrumental in decision - making of which
software tools to source for the practice as a whole.
Project: [snip] (Chesterfield)
Dates: October 2005 – August 2006
Role: SAP Consultant
I have worked as a consultant in the ESFS Development Team,
working on a variety of modules including SD, MM and PM.
During my time in this team I developed solutions to allow the
customer to re-schedule on-mass maintenance plans. I also worked
on several other Plant Maintenance solutions including the
creation of various interface/upload programmes which would
allow the engineers to upload a CSV file to create the required
notifications, planned orders and confirmations.
Within the area of Sales and Distribution other bespoke
solutions were provided to allow users to upload data to create
sales orders on-mass. Within the MM area I dealt with various
change requests including setting up contracting, changing lay
out sets, explaining automatic posting configuration and
offering best practice advice.
Project: [snip] (Chesterfield)
Dates: April 2005 – October 2005
Role: SAP Consultant
I previously worked as a consultant in the SAP ADS development
team. My main role was to support the current businesses’
processes and to provide assistance to other colleagues in the
development and implementation of new business processes. As
part of this role I was required to provide impacts, write
feasibility studies, provide estimates, write functional
documentation, perform unit testing and co-ordinate with the off
shore developers, to provide solutions within Sales and
Distribution and Materials Management.
During my time in the SAP ADS team I was involved in the
implementation of the bureau de change which was not previously
within SAP. One of her main tasks was to develop a solution in
how deliveries could be split based on currency and denomination
via a user exit in VLO 1(delivery creation).
As well as design and configuration I was involved in the
development of the commemorative coin solution which required
her to set up various picking and putting away strategies and
interface changes to allow the data to be linked to the Post
Office Counters Software and other bespoke software.
In addition I worked closely with key users both within the
bureau de change project and within [snip] UK to ensure
efficient knowledge transfer was achieved prior to changes being
moved into the production environment.
Project: [snip] Limited
Dates: January 2000 – March 2005
Role: Business Analyst (MM/WM)
Summary of projects worked on during employment with [snip] UK
Limited.
November 2004 - April 2005
Implemented Vendor Consignment within the engineering stores.
This involved configuration and the management and development
of over 30 bespoke solutions to enable the engineers to manage
both consignments and valuated stock as one single entity. This
involved working closely with the principle user to develop a
bespoke physical inventory solution which allowed the system to
determine when stocks would be deducted from the [snip]own stock
and added to the [snip] own stock.
October 2004 – April 2005
Implementation of new consignment system.
I was involved in the blue printing design and development of
the new consignment system which integrated Vanilla SAP
Solutions with bespoke .NET solutions using RFC interfaces.
The consignment project was concerned with tracking all tyres
produced within the factory controlled by [snip] into the
warehouse via various routes controlled by third party
organisations to ensure stock was not misplaced and was visible
at all times during the process. Three different routes were set
up within the IM and WM system, one route was the consignment of
(521 movement), and normal stock using RF Scanners with unique
ticket ID’s producing the bespoke .NET Solution to track the
various pallets through the doors into the final storage bin.
Two other routes were also implemented, one which allowed the
tyres to be moved to a non warehouse managed storage location
for testing purposes based on a sampling logic. The final route
required additional quality checks and staging before it could
be moved to the final warehouse managed storage location.
July 2003 – November 2004
I was involved in the development of the One Client solution.
[snip] originally had one client per country but this project
was to enable them to share one client across all countries.
This project required me to work closely with the Sector team to
identify and propose solutions for potential conflicts of
configuration and processes which were being used by [snip]UK.
In addition AP4 was being implemented (availability checking)
which meant that Amanda was involved with the Sector team in
developing and supporting a new physical and logical plant
solution which used IDOCS to fire off the appropriate movements
in the required mirrored plant.
The logical physical plant structure allowed the business to
split stock by distribution channel therefore reducing the
availability of certain stock lines and giving [snip] better
control over their demands.
August 2002 – October 2003
Implementation/Migration of two subsidiary companies onto SAP.
I was involved in the blue printing, design and implementation
for this project. I was responsible for all master data
conversions, from the legacy systems to SAP and was also
involved in the design of the bespoke cross plant MRP solution
which allowed the subsidiary companies to automatically
replenish stock from the major warehouse to their distribution
centres.
In addition I was responsible for setting up and configuring the
organisational structure for the Materials Management Solution.
During the Go Live Period I provided on site support with a
further period of remote support.
January 2001 – August 2002
Upgrade from 3.1i to 4.6c
During my time on this project I was involved in identifying
possible conflicts between 3.1i and 4.6c in order to aid a
smooth upgrade. I worked closely with both the end users and
other SAP team members to ensure that all differences were
highlighted and dealt with.
During this project I was also responsible for providing all
user documentation and training to enable a smooth transition
period.
January 2000 – January 2001
I worked within the Industrial Team providing support for the
Scarda System developing VBA Solutions and working with the
Sector team both here and in Milan to blueprint and design a
Production Planning Solution which closely integrated with an
R&D System.
