Communication skills
In my several roles in the automotive industry I was required to
liaise across a broad cross-section of personnel, customers and
suppliers. I was senior point of communication with all these
actors, participating in regular meetings with them, either to
negotiate new contracts, for day to day activities and for
follow up of projects or action plans, keeping a straight
forward and clear speech.
I communicated with a wide range of nationalities, face to face,
by phone, email and video conferences, where excellent verbal
and written communication was an obligation.
I was able to maintain dialogues with individuals of all the
countries the company interacted with, since I am a French and
Portuguese native speaker and being as well fluent in English
and Spanish.
Management skills
Since 2005, as a project manager, I was responsible for a team
of 8 multitasked individuals.
While working under my supervision all projects were delivered
on time within the targeted budgets.
As a quality engineer and customer care manager I managed a 5
people team. My competencies went from supplier relations; inter
departmental liaison and customer communications.
All the personnel that worked under my supervision were not
simple co-operators; I always acted in order to maintain them in
a safe atmosphere and always encouraged them to evolve and to
become more assertive, responsible and give them more
competencies to pursue their careers.
Administration skills
In my previous functions I was responsible to prepare and
present the reports containing the objectives and department
performance, to the general management in Portugal and the main
office in Germany.
In the project management area I monthly prepared and presented
project status reports and also prepared the customers
presentations in their own quality procedures for successful
project implementation (APQP and ANPQP) as well as the
intercompany checklist to present to the German management.
Flexibility
Since 2002 I was gradually promoted in my career. Due to several
restructuring I took over several tasks. Up to my departure I
was performing the tasks of customer care management, where I
personally conducted the tasks of project manager, sales
engineer and quality engineer,
My abilities to be flexible and to perform various tasks
simultaneously lead the management board to progressively
promote me.
Computer skills
I am a competent user of the Microsoft Windows operative system,
of all the Microsoft Office Suit
applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook….).
I use the internet daily and I have user knowledge
of the business database XPPS/AS400 of IBM.
The IT has always been an area that attracted me and as a result
software and hardware present no
difficulty for me and became a hobby.

Behaviour techniques and management, Presentations techniques,
Marketing Mix, German Level 1, Internal auditor by the
referential VDA 6.3, Conflict Management, Microsoft Project,
