Server migration project leader

Working on behalf of Norsk Data for Seabank Power, I was solely responsible for a migration of users and applications from NT4 to Windows 2000/2003 across two networks, including the migration of 60 users from a 3rd party POP3 mail utility (VPOP3) to a pure Exchange 2003 environment. I also provided 2nd & 3rd line support and training to the on-site Norsk Data support team in 2000 & 2003 issues such as Group Policy & Exchange administration and management.
