Project:  Offload data from SS2K5 to Oracle

Description:  One of the project ‘BigPond Voice Service Channel’ need to support Oracle reporting database.

This product produced by SpeechCycle Inc- New York. Actual product reporting database supported by SS2K5. [snip] need to be implement by Oracle. Currently they want to transfer the data from SS2K5 to Oracle Reporting database on regular basis for temporary period (initially 6 months , Load per Hour 1G). In the mean time, Planning to migrate SS2K5 to Oracle. 

Project:  Disaster Recovery

Description:  Upgrade existing Oracle version from 8.1.7 to 10.2.0.2, upgrade operating system from solaris 8 to 10

and Websphere Application upgrade from version 4 to 6. Creating stand by database (Physical) for Disaster Recovery purpose. Configuration Sun Cluster environment (Solaris 10- Two node mode. Primary, Secondary node using virtual IP address). Customer Service Order Management (CSOM) database running under Cluster control by two node additional standby database running on another Location for disaster recovery purpose.

Project: Oracle Remediation

Description: Upgrade existing Oracle sever version from 7.3.4 to 8.1.6.

            Creating UAT environment for testing existing application to support upgrading version. I did all related Scripts changes and testing. Preparing implementation plan documentation. Get approval from change control board. Completed the task on time.  

Project: DPOINT Database Archiving and Business Reporting.

Description: DPOINT database having performance issue. DPOINT database tables need to Archive more than 6 months records into Archive tables according to design spec. The frequency of this automation happen once a week.I used shell script, Perl script and sql module to performance this activity by cron job. I need to produce a Business report from DPOINT database according to Business Report Design Doc. Which I used the perl script and shell script to produce the 18 reports as a .csv format.   

Project: THV Enhancement Project

Description: Changes on Forte interface (VOIP- To improve existing features and add new module to support the new Products) and produce an automation reporting by cron job daily basis mail to user group (finance group)   once a month. Work through on Design Document according to PDF II. The script I used perl, sql and shell script. Pulling out the data from Orac database sever (cust1 database orders_f schemas), formatting the data according to FRS, BRS and write into .csv file.

Project: Internet Over AAPT (Project)

Description: To produce a daily report to enhance consistency and verification on customers data, FORTE VS BIOSS database used Perl, shell scripting and SQL Module. Preparing FRS, BRS and Design documents.

Project: Customer Complain Capture

Description:  To support customer complain through ssweb and produce a report, Mapping data between Mega vs Bioss database. Created a Stored Procedure for capturing data from SSWeb to Bioss.Extract report from BIOSS database which enter through SSWeb. Used Perl script run by cron job. Completed Express Design Document and Implementation Document.                        

Project: MIFS upgrade project

Description: Updated MIFS application (based on power builder – Billing application, To improve Billing system) Front and Back end application modification using Developed Stored Procedure (PL/SQL) as well.

Documented implementation plan and got approval from Change Control Board (CCB). Upgraded on production overnight and make sure application working successfully. 

Project: Smart billing project phase 1

Description: One of the major project to support online billing system. Which involve shell script, perl script for file data validation, develop and maintain database activity for this project same time co- ordinate People.Creating database for new test environment. Data export, import activity (SQL loader)Performance tuning.

Description: To launch new billing system major changes did on Databases. MIFS CCA and MIFS CS-Billing system schema changes and data migration.
