in Software Design and Programming.
EMPLOYMENT AND WORK EXPERIENCE
1999 – 2001: Lead Software Developer, [snip]

is a network infrastructure company,
playing in the Thin Client and Application Service Provider
Market. Its competitors included Citrix Systems, Tarantella and
Hummingbird.
At the time of my joining, [snip] was a venture capital
backed company, working jointly with Price Waterhouse Coopers
Consulting as Management Consultants.
My role was initially to work in a support role with the
company. I later moved to the development team and by November
2000, was Lead Project Manager and Developer for the [snip] Thin
Client-enabling Software technology.
My responsibilities included:

Initial Analysis of the Software System the company intended to
build. Was in charge of supervising the drafting of the initial
User Requirements Document.

Was in charge of the exercise of choosing an Overseas
Development Partner for [snip]. After a series
of visits to India and in-depth inspection and understanding of
the three companies that were short listed, including Satyam
Computer Services Ltd, Infosys Technologies and Aptech Computer
Systems, I made a recommendation to the Pizza Executive team to
go with Satyam, as their methodology of work closely related and
complemented that at [snip]. They also had the proven experience
and skill sets that we needed to ensure the success of the
project.

Was liaison officer between Pizza Software and Satyam Computer
Services. In this role, I was lead Product Manager for the
software development effort and brought the development team in
London together with the development team in India numbering 30
developers.

Technical Skills involved use of the UML for design, ability to
draft User Requirements and Functional Requirements Documents,
and C++, Visual Basic, HTML/XML and ASP & JSP development
skills.

Responsible for the drafting of the technological component of
the Company’s Business Plan and Strategic go to market strategy.
Was also involved in fundraising road shows in conjunction with
Price Waterhouse Coopers. This involved making presentations to
potential and existing Investors and shareholders who included
Lehman Brothers, Atlas Ventures, Domino’s Pizza, Thether and
Greenwood, among others.
2001: Lead Software Architect, [snip].

IT is the UK arm of [snip], Headquartered in

Was in charge of the technology architecture changes for the
UK/European Actify Product line from Ayrius IT. Actify is a Web
and Workflow Content Management solution running on the Windows
platforms and implemented widely within the Media Market in
India, the United Kingdom and Singapore.
Work also involved user training in the product suite. This
typically involved training of users at their office premises or
through pre-arranged training days at our company headquarters
or at a third party training facility.
2002 – 2003 November: Lead Software Architect and CTO,
[snip] London.
[snip]
(A subsidiary of the [snip]) is an IT
Consultancy offering services and bespoke development to the
Leisure and Fitness Industries in the UK and Europe with
Customer Relationship Management Solutions.
My responsibilities included managing and implementing the
Cannons Group PLC CRM solutions which included:

Design of Functional Specifications from Requirements Documents
presented by Cannons IT.

Cannons Group PLC had a system in house used for Client
management. The system existed at each site. The site systems
where independent, but Cannons wanted to automatically operate a
type of membership known as ‘Connect’ where a member of one site
would be allowed entry to a set of sites dependent on their
membership type. This involved passing information from one site
system to another. Was in charge of the design of Technology
architecture including Kiosks within Gyms, Website and Phone and
Direct Mail customer touch points and Integration of the various
Leisure centre systems around the UK with the Cannons Head
Office.

Core skills included project management, systems analysis and
Visual basic and Visual C# and SQL Server 7.0 and 2000
management.
2004 – 2005 November: Lead Software Architect and Lead
Consultant, [snip].
Was the lead software developer and program manager for The BEST
Product. The Business Engineering Support Technology (the BEST)
is a new and unique concept for:

Identifying, modelling and specifying end-to-end enterprise wide
business process engineering, application specific business
processing or even smaller scoped business processing. The
scope of the business processing can be at any level of
granularity. All the business processing is modelled and
specified in the form of assets.

All types of application system - OLTP production systems for
day-to-day business operations, OLAP/MIS for management
summarised queries and for expert systems that can offer advice.
·
Physically connecting to the material world and changing the
configuration of the business in real time.
Core skills and expertise involved Project Management,
Architecture and Design, Development using the Microsoft.NET
framework, C#, SQL Server Database 2000/2005.

director, and have done so for a number of companies in the
United Kingdom, over the last four years, including designing
and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
for Xxxx Solutions Limited and Xxxx Mortgage Brokers.
