Hence after analyzing the business requirements along with CTO and support from Systems, network and applications team realized that the servers weren’t meeting the baseline configurations in terms of Patching and configuration of respective application services, Oracle database, Null sessions, Inactive database sessions, FTP server roles put across the same File servers overall leading to sluggish performance and delay in customer orders. After identification of these issues, change request planned and approved from Sr Management, was successful in fine tuning the internal applications.
