MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
·
Undertook the development and construction of a multifaceted

Local Authority client, which included Occupation Details and
Building Use; Building Condition Survey Results; Car Parks and
Footways; Condition Photos and Reports; Costing of Repairs;

Building Layout Plans and Maps and Historical Maintenance
Records and Surveys. The project was highly successful and the
final database package presented to the client was well received
and exceeded their original requirements and expectations at a
cost of only 70% of budget.
·
Successfully created a contract management database system that
would enable both office based and remote users to access and
manage site logging and reflect the costs in the contract
agreements or at specified periods and allow users to also
access detailed customer records such as cabling layouts and
plans. The database was designed and built within budget and
timescales
·
Upgraded the infrastructure between 3 sites, encompassing 3
server upgrades from Windows 2000 Professional to 2003 Small
Business Server and installing and configuring wireless
networking and a VPN system. Active Directory was used with the
new servers and data was migrated from the existing system with
