The scope
of the project was to customize their existing SSHR Leave
Management module developed using Oracle SSHR Framework 3.4.
Existing Leave management process was enhanced so as to include
more business validations, Change in routing of notifications by
customizing developed workflows as well as adding specific
business rules for approvals. The scope also included
development of new SSHR modules like Remote Leave Update
Application Process, Leave Cancellation process etc.
As part of
this engagement as ‘Systems Analyst’ from Satyam is primarily

using this application employee can update their approved leaves
in case of employee is rescheduling his/her leave plan.

Summary Process’ functionality, the user has to manually enter
the exception information to EIT Employment Insurance Exceptions
for every employee who is not eligible for the Employee
Insurance premium deduction at the time of payroll run. But some
of the exception reasons like working period of less than 1
month or monthly working hours of less than 80 (weekly working
hours of less than 18) can only be determined at the moment of
payroll calculation |
