I am a contractor, specialising in providing expertise and lead in Business Process Re-engineering, Change Management, and Lean Management. I have demonstrable experience in implementing Business Improvements using various tools, such as ARIS, or clients own process mapping tools, to undertake Risk, Audit and Compliance to standards for Business continuity. I also lead stakeholder workshops to manage the change process so that it is effectively implemented. I am experienced in ITIL.

Business Transformation Consultant

[snip] is the key contributor to the [snip] national programme and assisting to implement the platform lying at the heart of the [snip] reform. Working with [snip] and [snip] Trusts, SHA’s, CFH, and NPFIT as a Lead Business Process Improvement Consultant, I  assisted in implementing and managing the change process to deliver the transformation from Front Office to Back Office (End-2-End)  Working with  all partners and suppliers, in the UK. This involved working with both [snip] and Non-[snip] customers, to map AS-IS process and develop To-Be processes, along with workshops to get stakeholders to agree to the change. Undertook both risk, financial and process management along with business continuity via undertaking audits and compliance of standards  for the programme.

·    Training and Education of new processes and systems to [snip] and [snip] operational teams both internally and externally

Business Transformation Consultant

As part of the [snip] Transformation Programme the company moved forward to getting all its businesses within the UK and Overseas on to One Single Operating Environment. This meant working with all the different teams and languages in the UK and overseas to understand their processes and systems used and working to deliver standard processes and systems for the [snip] business to operate using a Single Environment. I acted as the Lead Business Process Consultant and undertook risk, financial analysis along with process management and business continuity to ensure that the programme was successfully implemented, throughout the UK and Overseas.

Programme Manager

[snip]  undertook a  change in the number of IT systems it was using in its business. An impact of the current IT systems was undertaken, and a solution was provided on re-engineering its current IT systems. I was the programme manager managing the programme and also making sure that the project was managed in accordance with the plan, and the analysis of Implementing SAP.

Business Transformation  Manager

Identified and implemented the determined changes, to meet the Clients Strategy within the [snip] Internet business. Delivered the skills, tools and methodologies to ensure that the client were able to define and re-engineer their key business processes and reduce the number of application systems.

• Acted as a facilitator to implement the changes and developed new in-house IT processes for the Client to capture and reuse requirements.
• Responsible for the change management with the client’s suppliers and agencies to develop the common understanding of what the Client already had and what changes needed to be in place to improve the business processes.

ERP Consultant

Defined and scoped the Clients requirements for the implementation of ERP Products for End-2-End business requirements. Provided support and solution to implementations and undertook Testing and report writing for the Client, in respect of solving support and implementation issues.  Worked with all modules within the ERP included financial model and suppler relation models.

Service Manager

I Worked with the Company (a rail wagon provider) and its partners and suppliers to implement into place improvements to meet the requirements of the H.S.A Health and Safety Agency’s reports.  I implemented new business processes to add value to the client’s requirements and bring in more revenue to the company.  I was responsible for the management of the damages to the wagons and undertook risk, financial assessments, along with Disaster Recovery. I also worked on undertaking risk, and audits of processes to ensure they were to the compliance standards both UK and Europe standards. I was actively assessing who was responsible for the damages to the wagon. Continuously improved the business and implemented improved logistics with the Clients.

Transformation  Consultant

Specialised in Change Management, and undertook impact analysis of  the current working methods and processes and then implemented the necessary improvements. Was responsible for introducing and training staff to ‘buy ‘ the changes for the new system that has been implemented. Acted as a facilitator and was the direct liaison between the major customers and the Company.

Quality Officer/ Production-Purchasing Officer

As a Production/Purchasing Officer, undertook a range of activities with the Company, including undertaking impact analysis and implementing new processes, developing common processes for the Company. Facilitated and implemented  the changes both in terms of shop floor layout, product grouping and the implementation of MRP.  Facilitated the implementation of the ISO9000.

Seconded to Quality Officer, and undertook responsibility for monitoring and taking an active part in the quality system.  Implemented TQM, installed new projects and also successfully completed a product recall procedure for the Medicine Control Agency for the Company. Undertook risk and audits to ensure processes were working to the compliance standards of the industry.
