I am a contractor, specialising in providing expertise and lead
in Business Process Re-engineering, Change Management, and Lean
Management. I have demonstrable experience in implementing
Business Improvements using various tools, such as ARIS, or
clients own process mapping tools, to undertake Risk, Audit and
Compliance to standards for Business continuity. I also lead
stakeholder workshops to manage the change process so that it is

and assisting to implement the platform lying at the heart of
the [snip] reform. Working with [snip] and [snip] Trusts, SHA’s,
CFH, and NPFIT as a Lead Business Process Improvement
Consultant, I assisted in implementing and managing the change
process to deliver the transformation from Front Office to Back
Office (End-2-End) Working with all partners and suppliers, in

customers, to map AS-IS process and develop To-Be processes,
along with workshops to get stakeholders to agree to the change.
Undertook both risk, financial and process management along with
business continuity via undertaking audits and compliance of

forward to getting all its businesses within the UK and Overseas
on to One Single Operating Environment. This meant working with
all the different teams and languages in the UK and overseas to
understand their processes and systems used and working to
deliver standard processes and systems for the [snip] business
to operate using a Single Environment. I acted as the Lead
Business Process Consultant and undertook risk, financial
analysis along with process management and business continuity
to ensure that the programme was successfully implemented,
throughout the UK and Overseas.

using in its business. An impact of the current IT systems was
undertaken, and a solution was provided on re-engineering its
current IT systems. I was the programme manager managing the
programme and also making sure that the project was managed in

I Worked with the Company (a rail wagon provider) and its
partners and suppliers to implement into place improvements to
meet the requirements of the H.S.A Health and Safety Agency’s
reports. I implemented new business processes to add value to
the client’s requirements and bring in more revenue to the
company. I was responsible for the management of the damages to
the wagons and undertook risk, financial assessments, along with
Disaster Recovery. I also worked on undertaking risk, and audits
of processes to ensure they were to the compliance standards
both UK and Europe standards. I was actively assessing who was
responsible for the damages to the wagon. Continuously improved
the business and implemented improved logistics with the
Clients.
