(Injury Lawyers 4u) calls in terms of dealing with
clients and in-house callers and vetting solicitors.
Adhered company IT Security and produced weekly business
reports using Crystal Report. |

I am working as part of the Revenue & Benefits team. My
brief is to interrogate and assess housing and council
tax benefits applications using in house Mainframe and
DIPS systems. Adhering at all time with housing and

to process housing and council tax benefits. Also
dealing with claimants and answering telephone
enquiries. |
