About influence of welding process in fatigue life, in a bracket
of exhaust system in Ford Focus C-Max, and its improvement.
Suggesting new solutions in order to control the process and the
reliability of the bracket. In connexion with production,
quality and design department.

Working in development department in contact
with quality department doing control plan, 8D, DVP, PFMEA and
FMEA in the project EUCD.
Working with the software Ideas doing CADīs
and CAEīs to parts for Ford Motor Company, in projects C1 and
EUCD, for brackets in exhaust system. Besides parts in cooling
system for Volvo.
Nowadays, I have finished the design and
development of a structure for solar panels. I have been working
for R&B, which is specialized in solar energy.
