Published colour prints

In 2001 my business partner and I re-published a rare set of colour prints produced in World War 2 by the German Army. Using high resolution scanning and image manipulation I brought the original worn and faded prints back to their original standard. The prints were sold at the Militaria fair in Kent. A CDROM was also produced using Director.

Teaching at Continuing Education.

I wrote a 13 part "Web Publishing with HTML" and "Advanced Web Publishing" evening courses that I delivered to students weekly.

1997-2001

Unix Systems course.

This course covered Bourne and C shell script writing, AWK scripts, and general UNIX theory: particularly relevant to many Web servers.

1996

Self-published walking guide.

I have written, photographed and self-published a walking guide for the Brecon Beacons National Park under the imprint of [snip]. I reprinted it in 1995 after selling 3000 copies.

Territorial Army.

Trained in signals. My five years service taught me a great deal about the importance of teamwork and organisation.
