Key Achievements

·         Managed the three-month implementation of Financial and Accounting systems at the Head Office of the largest hotel group in Europe, putting an overall project plan in place to facilitate rollout of the solution to 40 hotels throughout Europe and the Middle East

·         Supplied expert Oracle ERP and CRM 11i consultancy to the $20m project to rollout a single global solution for ADIC Group, working with a highly effective team to define and deliver the European solution within a three-month period

·         Worked as project manager and integrator on a 40m peseta project to introduce bespoke software solutions throughout the hotel and catering network of the Railways division of Wagons-Lits Spain
