SKILLS PROFILE:
Leadership and Team Work Ability
As project engineer in the assembly hall restoration project, I
built and managed a team of twelve people who successfully
worked to deliver the project at scheduled.
In the project management (case study) module in my master’s
degree course (2007), I was the team leader of our firm who
presented one of the best briefs for the construction of a £78M
shopping mall project in Edinburgh.

Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Project for Professionals,
and AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
Communication
At the assembly hall project in 2001, I had constant discussion
of work progress with client. At the ministry of works and
transport (2002 - 2003); I also had constant discussion with
contractors, junior staffs and my directors. During these
periods, I sometimes have to use sketches to illustrate points.
My job at the [snip], entails me writing series of reports. I
usually submit job evaluation report bi-weekly to my project
manager in my present work place.
Problem solving ability
At [snip], the electrical generating set at the sand dredging
site had vibration problem which affected our work. I improvised
a vibration isolator (rubber) which absorbed the vibration and
stopped the problem.
