A confident Structured Cabling Engineer CAT 5, 5e, 6 and VOIP & IT Graduate with an in depth knowledge of computer systems, network installation and administration. Currently working as a EPOS Installer and Trainer.  This involves Gold Builds in POS Touch Screen Terminals.  Travelling to various hospitality sites within the UK, installing systems, complete with Thermal and Dot Matrix Printers.  Customising and installing CAT5 cables and hubs etc.  Configuring back office where and when needed. Training customer on the new software.  Other duties involve Supporting customers “On Call Rota”, troubleshooting relevant issues.

EPOS Engineer.     Joined the existing team of engineers out on the road travelling to client sites and resolving issues within agreed SLA’s.  This involved maintaining on site PC and EPOS hardware & Software, from Printers (OKI, Epson, HP, Lexmark) installing maintenance kits. I was also required to resolve Network issues, assemble, terminate and test additional cables.  Experience of supporting Windows based applications, which involved, Mapping Drives, migrating users, ghosting and configuring and testing peripherals prior to rollout.  This role requires excellent interpersonal skills with clients and travelling UK wide on a daily basis.

EPOS Field Engineer UK Wide.  Safely remove previous hardware and insure safe disposal.  Complete installation of EPOS hardware/Software and upgrading where necessary.
