Set up PVCS system from scratch, for over 100 in-house software
developers to develop a new Web Site for the Wealth Management
Project, utilising my Configuration Management skills, and
defining the software development life cycle. Upon completion
of this task I took on the PVCS administration and support role
to maintain operational efficiency of the PVCS repository and
user base. I produced user manuals and administration guides
for the Wealth Management PVCS system.
Set up project to analyse, recommend and
implement an efficient release process for code releases to the
test environments, for the ATG Dynamo, CrossWorlds and IIS
Servers.
Designed and built a new test environment
comprising IIS, ATG Dynamo and CrossWorlds servers and the code
repository, using existing PVCS system as a template. Develop
the complete code release process from PVCS for the Wealth
Management Banking work stream.

Devised data migration system for 800 end
users within the Cabin Services operation. Set up Project Plan
and obtained senior management approval prior to implementation.
Devised
data migration system from OS/2 LAN Server to NT4 Server for
200 end users within the aircraft maintenance
operation, which was a 24/7 mission critical department.
Developed and maintained, standard
configurations, for the developer PCs and Servers running NT4
workstations and server software utilising Ghost.
I was the PVCS administrator and support for
50 developers who were designing and developing a new Aircraft
maintenance System along with Aircraft, Flight and Cabin crew
scheduling system, in a VB and C++ environment.

standard builds and uniform backups for all the servers.

Project to migrate all the servers to new NT server farm.
Generated lists of all users, access rights, data shares and
print queues.

with CAT-5 for both voice and data sockets.
