Responsible for the setup of entire call-center of
Banca di Roma. The project required designing of
network architecture, including network security
policies and installation of computer operating systems
and call-center dedicated software. Created the general
project and supervised it’s realization until the final
fine tune-up. Project was conducted under the strong
time-pressure and was of great importance for the
company.

solution and conducted practice demonstration.

architecture and applications and estimated evolution of
the network. Made baseline analysis and built pilot
version of the future network.

Network Security engineer for Telecom Italia Mobile
(TIM) at the department for Security and Antifraud.
Engaged on security examination and firewall protection
of various network areas. Helped in defining critical
services and their protection.

Coordination of the groups responsible for the
maintenance and upgrade of LAN for the
Ministry of Foreign
Affairs.
Established the procedure for more efficient assistance
and reporting. Improved network scripts and user
policies.
