A company that was in need of recovery. My role was to put into
place structure together with organised systems and procedures
and develop the business.
In 8 months I succeeded in putting in place a marketing plan and
organising a systematic approach to gain new business and
develop new product. To date I have succeeded in gaining three
major groups by successfully implementing pilot programmes all
of which have been confirmed.
The company is now well on the road to recovery. Salary £40,000

objective was to bring the dealership from a loss making
position into profit.
Within 5 months achieved a year end result of an improved year
on year position for the company.
This was primarily achieved by an overhaul of the sales
operation which led to significant increases in volume sales and
direct profit.
A customer satisfaction programme was implemented which
considerably improved performance within the sales operation.
After sales required a complete change of management and
customer facing staff, to enable a positive and focused culture
to develop.

Responsible for the entire financial and day to day operation
which included sales new/ used retail and fleet, local business
development, service, parts, accident repair centre and a
satellite operation, Warwick Wright at Hanwell, including
developing ISO 9002 quality assured programme for both sites
with an emphasis on staff development and training.
Developed an external pdi center to provide an increase in
service workshop capacity.
Redeveloped the accident repair center and restructured the
organization which resulted in turning a loss making department
into profit.
Led the management team through a two-year Leadership
programme.
Recruited retail sales, parts and accident repair management
team. Improved performance by developing new strategies and
business plans.
Restructured and implemented a simplified ISO 9002 quality
system to improve customer service and profitability.
For three successive years achieved the business financial
objectives of £1m net profit.
Achieved record new car volume sales, including a similar
achievement in the used car operation both generating record net
profit.
Developed and implemented a new local business programme which
successfully generated growth in corporate business sales.

groups and full staff participation. This resulted in the
dealership achieving the top manufacturer award for customer
care for three successive years.
Developed a local business marketing programme. This resulted in
real growth both in sales and after sales. Further developed
successful new marketing strategies, which also involved new
product launch resulting in National recognition.
Led my staff to achieve net profits delivering a record £500k
result.
A career progression from sales executive to various
sales/General management positions within the group, which
resulted in a number of relocation moves both North and South of
