Project Manager, [snip] Ltd (MHL). MHL was a Joint Venture operation between 3 large telecommunication operators. Responsible for the delivery of new metropolitan SDH networks within the UK. Reported to the MHL board and [snip] programme management.

·        Successfully integrated all 3rd party deliverables within the overall project plan

·        Created and implemented new web-based project management tool that reduced project/site handover times by some 40%. Presented new tool to senior management team who then recommended the use within the company

·        Worked with [snip] sales and marketing teams to ensure Business Cases for new proposed networks were viable and presented these to the MHL Board

·        Following the discovery of asbestos at one of the key project equipment sites, a new site was quickly acquired. Project delay was minimised to a few weeks.

Responsible for the delivery of new £4M network management software and hardware project for the [snip] Centrex (voice) network. Tasked with improving relationship between all parties in project and to bring project back on track.
