I am currently
working for a Blue-Chip Company supporting over 500 users, I
have a wide range of tasks in, an ever expanding role from
equipment manager for the offshore gas platforms, desk side
Support, Break Fix engineer and network installation/fault
finding for I.T equipment all of which are HP and Dells. I have
also done some project management and data retrieval which
includes client backups . I am responsible for maintaining the
Business infrastructure of three main Shell UK Sites Including
some of the security policies. Working to SLA environment and
meeting deadlines and demands of the day to day running
of the companies needs. Even thou I have been working in this
position a short while I have received an excellence of service
award and an innovation award.
