·     Collaborated on design of a document workflow engine for all ING Bank document processing projects. Created a Visio template with VBA software to output drawings as XML files for input to the engine.

·     Initiated design and produced specifications for ING Bank’s ECLIPS, European cross-border payment order processing solution.

·     Updated specifications for the ongoing PIMS project for the Norwegian post bank, Postbanken. This was an image-based, high-speed giro document processing application that had been developed two years earlier in 1994.

·     Created general specification for a strategic update to PIMS to allow processing of giro documents for other banks in Norway on a contract basis.

·     Prepared various documents to accompany the design and development of BancTec’s new eFIRST archive product. These included a technical handbook, an administration guide, and training slides.

·     Seconded twice to BancTec Sweden to collaborate on design and specification of archiving systems for the Police.

·     Seconded on three occasions to BancTec Denmark for initial specification work on giro document processing systems for Unibank and Den Danske Bank. Also assisted on sales proposal to BG Bank.
