I have been working within the IT and
Business markets for the past 5 years commercially. I have been
involved in work large and small, for private users, local
education, councils and small to medium organisations around the
United Kingdom and throughout Europe.
I have performed a good proportion of work
with business relations across the USA from Florida to
Washington providing me with a steady understanding of other
international markets and industries.
I have
performed work across a great deal of markets and requirements
ranging from a wide range of technologies and business factors.
I have provided support to all departments of business from
clerk to management. I have more than 3 years managerial
experience behind me covering many forms of team based and
project based requirements. Working from design and budgeting to

2nd Line Technical Support
Analyst for the BT Broadband product. Providing technical
support to customers of the BT Broadband service and its
product.
Accountable for initiating and delivering
information to BT Broadband executives in respect of many
factors to their product and their releases.

The developments of training
documents and tip sheets for analysts to aid their work within
the Apple Mac Environment.

The development of solutions to
resolve issues that appeared within the product over time as
releases were made.
·
Finding the core problems to
products inoperability primarily upon the Apple Mac environment
and also the PC and reporting on the findings to the necessary
people.
·
Working with senior BT
officials on the above problems and the other development
consultants to resolve the issue. I provided the physical and
technical knowledge and ability to enable this work to go ahead
over the days of work involved.

Taking part and lead in audio
conferences to report and discuss key issues with product
releases to aid the further development.
·
Performing callbacks to
customers upon both PC and Apple Mac environments at a more
technical level that standard 2nd line support
analysts are able to provide.
·
Consulting with Motives Senior
Consultant teaching methodologies of Apple Macs and their
functioning and providing information to aid the development of
Motive for Mac for BT Broadband. This was provided to the Motive
consultant whilst I was on annual leave, sending from home.
·
Providing soak testing to the
BT Broadband service with customers by testing preliminary
releases. Performing calls, installations, support and then
analysis and reporting. Such testing and reporting performed for
both PC and Apple Mac environments.
·
Providing cover for Product
Specialists and Team Leaders when required at the Help Desk to
ensure full business service and support given at all times.

Working in a team of 12 on varying
projects supporting the distribution of services, analysis and
reporting for National Insurance.
Using multiple systems and the database
for all citizens to draw and evaluate data daily and report on
the findings.
Submitting an idea to further develop
their software as a solution to benefit the Inland Revenue
nationwide. This was submitted to the appropriate scheme in
August 2002 and is still currently under evaluation by their
technical executives.

Accountable for initiating and delivering
projects to help a wide range of clients use IT to run their
businesses better in industries including pharmaceuticals, IT,
insurance, banking, retailing and manufacturing. Recent projects
have included:
Separating the client's retailing business
from their core manufacturing operations.
• Leading initial business analysis,
planning, proposals and negotiations with business owners and

of 18 members
• Selecting third party suppliers, negotiating service level
agreements and implementing services into workflow of

• Merging 30 individual business applications to revolve around
one core base, replacing some of these for licensing reasons and
lack of functioning.
