§          Project Manager, Responsible for the implementation of systems for two major clients, one upgrading from Midas to Midas Plus, the other requiring a highly customised replacement for its existing operational, cash flow and liquidity

§          Organised and executed User Acceptance Tests for several projects migrating trading from Exis to Front Atlas. Scope included ensuring that settlement (through Globus), accounting (in SAP), Risk and Regulatory Reporting (in-house solutions) were functionally unaffected by changes to their respective feeds.

§          Organised System, Performance, Regression and User Acceptance testing for the migration of FX trading from Spectrum to Murex 3.1, acting as joint Project Manager (with the team’s Technical Architect) after the previous PM moved on until a new, permanent PM was appointed. Project scope included all interface changes for settlement, accounting, Risk and Reg. Reporting and automated inbound feeds from DealTracker, EBS, Autobahn and Citi FX Trader.

§          Organised User Acceptance Testing of new synthetic bonds processing in Front Atlas and in downstream settlement, accounting, risk and regulatory reporting systems.
