In my operating system support role I undertook installation, upgrade/patching, configuration, problem solving, and some systems administration.
In my application support role I installed, configured, upgraded and problem solved for MS Office 2003 and a wide range of specialist [snip] applications.  I supported remote access via VPN with two-factor authentication.  I held security clearance for the above work.

During the above period of employment, I had a brief break between contracts and worked for six weeks at [snip] undertaking PC desktop support for Windows XP based systems, monitoring of servers and some VB scripting.

Reason for leaving: contract successfully completed.
