implementation of a Siebel Customer Relationship Management
system - achieved on time and on budget (£2 M), against a
background of constantly changing specifications in a 7-month
timescale. System replaced and integrated legacy systems.

Managed the implementation of
integrated client/server-based ERP system into finance, sales
order processing and warehouse / distribution, plus all
reporting systems – replaced legacy AS/400 systems. Project and
subsequent upgrades completed on time and to budget.

Achieved an immediate improvement in network availability from
~75% to >99% by the installation of Company-wide structured
cabling network. Provided fully integrated solution for both
data and voice communications.
