A seasoned Voice and Data Communications Manager with experience in eleven information based companies.  Major experience and achievements have included project planning through implementing internal, national and international data and voice networks, applications systems, managing teams of associated installation and support staff.  Extensive in depth knowledge of Cisco routers, both from a technical and management perspective deployed in both the WAN and LAN arenas.  Voice experience includes GPT ISDX, Nortel Meridian and Lucent (Avaya) Definity.

·        researched Remote Access solutions, followed by the successful implemention of a secure service for global users integrating RSA Ace server and the Remote Office Gold client; from Stampede.

·        designed, managed and implemented a global WAN network utilising company standard products, that provided a robust, resilient and perfomant environment in support of the business requirements.  The network consisted exclusively of Cisco routers.

·        undertook the redesign and update of the internal DNS structure, following the company restructure.
