Having been certified by NCR
and S.I.A. licensed, I respond to reactive calls in fault
diagnostics and repair of ATMs for numerous contracts.
Repair details include measurement and instrumentation for
pneumatic, mechanical and electrical technologies. This high
pressure role has made me very efficient in delivering my
best as quick as possible with regards to decision making
and problem solving.

Contract
Responding to reactive and
planned preventative maintenance calls, I provided first
line repairs to [snip] Personal Finance ATMs in the
Hertfordshire region. I Working a ten hour shift rota
as part of a team to ensure targets for delivery, quality

terminals to Chip & Pin technology and then providing in
depth training to merchants. I had homed in on an excellent

Reuters [snip] project. This ten week project involved the
auditing of computer hardware and servers. Responsibilities
included being team leader and liaising with on site
officials and project management with the aim of planning of
logistical issues and team organization.

I was part of the technical
support team for a Dell computer dealership. With a captive
consumer base, my responsibilities included team
coordination and direct customer sales. In this role I had
gained sales experience and an understanding of
responsibilities required in coordinated team efforts.
INTERESTS:
Being naturally
competitive I enjoy new challenges and setting targets, be it
personally or professionally. I keep up my interests in skilled
sports were a high level focus and discipline are involved i.e.
shooting, snooker, badminton, go-carting and weight training.
I
believe that education never stops and so I am driven in
continually maintaining and improving my knowledge. I
continually review coursework literature and give myself
projects to do on the latest design software as is used in
industry. I keep up with advances in technology through
