Worked on the Cisco Media Gateway VISM (Voice Interworking Service Module). VISM, housed on the MGX 8850 IP+ATM Multi-service Switch, functions as an interface between PSTN and IP/ATM network. Developed and tested VoIP/ATM solutions, wrote test plans, formulated DevTest strategy, conducted reviews with architecture and development teams, analyzed new features based on RFC & standards. Performed MGCP/SGCP compliance, CLI, CAC, redundancy, profile and codec selection, fax/modem upspeeding, failure management and alarms testing. Executed bearer/VQT (PAMS, PSQM), Load Stress Performance testing of voice & fax calls for CAS, PRI and SS7 using DCOSS and Ameritech. Performed interoperability testing with Cisco 3810 routers and VSC call agents
