He was responsible for bringing the system in-house. His

Million development project successfully implemented a web-based
system developed in Cold Fusion, JavaScript and SQL Server
2000.The system takes a media campaign from inception through to
completion. The system interacts with the DDS accounting system
and with DART the foremost ad serving software. [snip] was the
Senior Business Analyst from Project Conception. His duties
included all process modelling, requirements gathering, data
modelling, detailed systems analysis, testing and data base
administration. He was promoted to the project manager position
in charge of six developers. [snip] was responsible for the
successful implementation of the application at I-level the top
interactive agency in the country. This product has saved
I-level 30% of their work effort over the old manual system.
[snip] trained over 30 media planners and buyers in the use of
the system. He was also key in introducing UML at MediaTel. He
was responsible for preparing and teaching classes in Basic UML
and use of Poseidon a UML diagramming and analysis tool.

evaluation and selection of telecomm billing packages. After
initial analysis the packages evaluated were short listed to

specification and liaison with product vendors. Directed the
effort to analyse requirements, design, code and test the pilot
customer service modules for [snip]. The application was
developed using Visual Basic with an Access database. Defined
plans for migration to an Oracle database when customer volume
warranted a more robust solution.
