operation of systems supporting up to 15,000 installations 24x7,
research and development of new digital service offerings, SLA

services. Recruited and managed an in-house team of 25 plus
third party and offshore application developers. The Company was
closed by Nomura Bank when it subsequently sold its estate of
public houses.

Turned around and successfully completed ahead of schedule a
failing Oracle ERP implementation, saving over £250k by the
introduction of improved processes and procedures.

Integrated multiple supplier systems using Microsoft Biztalk,
EDI and XML. Operational systems included Webridge (C#) and

Warehouse.
