·         Last major project involved a 400Gbyte document image migration from two separate source systems (including an external 3rd Party) into the corporate document storage/retrieval system. Activities covered the full life cycle including project planning and tracking, specification, design, technical specification/refinement, testing and detailed implementation plans. A major proportion of the work was co-ordinating with several project managers, technical and operational staff to achieve this.

·         Working on the Common Processing System (CPS is Workflow Management/document imaging) based on a clustered Oracle/Unix, Web Brower based platform. Liaising closely with Business users (at all levels) to refine and advise on Business Requirements ahead of translating those into solutions via Functional Specifications and Technical Designs. Identification and estimating of work required for planning/control.

·         Providing information to Developers/Testers and assisting with Data Definitions, Product Testing and liasing with Implementation teams.
