support.
The team provided
support and maintenance for nearly 500 physical and virtual
Windows servers and over 3,000 customers and their workstations
across the country.

the Bank over to a totally Microsoft desktop and server
environment. These projects included upgrading all workstations
to Windows XP, rolling out SMS 2003 for application delivery and
migrating users over to Active Directory and Exchange 2003.
Roles within these
projects were to complete various migration tasks and to assist
in the deployment of new workstations and applications to the
business areas. These projects were completed ahead of schedule
and without any major disruption to the end users.

Upgraded workstations from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows XP using
both Norton Ghost and Remote Installation Services (RIS).

Migrated email accounts from GroupWise 5.5 to Exchange 2003
servers using Wingra.
