·         Implements the Construction Project Management Plan for Project and ensures that the contractors and suppliers comply with the established procedures and instructions ensuring the expeditious implementation and timely delivery of the project.

·         Supervises the progress of the project.

·         Handles contractor’s submittals, i.e. shopdrawing, samples and ensures timely approval.

·         Attends weekly Project Management Group Meeting and Construction Coordination Meetings and Special Meetings as required.

·         Prepares and issues minutes of meeting.

·         Inspects the Structural and Plumbing/Sanitary components of the Project.

·         Monitors the quality assurance and inspection works being conducted by the Contractor’s Quality Control.

·         Issues corresponding Notices to Comply(NTC) for each non-conformance discovered.

·         Reviews and signs all Inspection and Work Request Forms submitted by the contractors related to Structural and Plumbing/Sanitary.

·         Witness materials and product testing and validate test results.

·         Evaluates and endorse monthly billing of contractors.

·         Assists the Construction Manager in preparing monthly reports.

·         Assists the Construction Manager in handling the administrative aspects of bidding, negotiation and award of construction packages.

·         Evaluate change orders.
