·          Saved [snip] several hundred thousand pounds by analyzing and correcting existing product behaviour so that its replacement became unnecessary.

·          At [snip] project managed a complete upgrade of servers, accounts database, modem server and network in three months from a business critical situation, with only one full time member of staff. Halted and renegotiated choice of Invoice Imaging system.

·          Enhanced FIT credibility with [snip] in Warsaw by working solidly to identify and fix a major disaster for them. Subsequently advised them on a major project migration. Devised and developed the accrual accounting and premium holiday module.

·          At [snip] assume control of the integration of a PS2000 payroll system with the Annuity and Pensions system when the project had gone off course. Improved all processes and operations to improve system reliability beyond recognition.

·          Restored credibility and morale of the [snip] Support Department. Resolved personnel problems. Implemented problem solving, tracking and maintenance procedures.

·           Using 100% PRINCE and SSADM, Project Managed the development of a CRM system for all R & D projects undertaken at [snip]. The system controlled £100 million/annum of R & D Expenditure for the Agricultural Science Research Council.

·          Using cut down PRINCE and Select SSADM, led and project managed a team writing a mission critical Enterprise costing scheme in 3 months which set the standard for successful IT projects at [snip]
