Contract assignment: Retained to realise, deliver and
roll-out the technical, services and infrastructure of [snip]
paper concept model for a fully integrated
leading-edge-technology, multi-location system.
Build and deliver the basis for future [snip] IT technology
strategy for both their imminent UK and future European
operations.
• Architect and deliver IT & Communication requirements from
WAN to LAN for initial London Heathrow and Gatwick hotels within
tight timescales, budgets and service controls. This establishes
the “model” for [snip] mid-to-long-term strategy for
multi-location units and operations.
• Working closely, as well as hands-on, with core Supplier
partners and alliances to deliver a cost-effective fully
integrated, mainly off-site hosted (SaaS) environment.
Including; centralised Property Management System,
real-time-allocation internet bookings, automated Kiosk CheckIn/Out
and Card Payment provider services.
• Preparation and delivery of outsourced IT ServiceDesk
call-centre. Establishing Disaster Recovery and Business
Continuity Program. Implementing extended ITIL, with Microsoft
Operations Foundation, infrastructure. Developing SLA’s, KPI’s,
Contracts & Risk Analysis.
• Responsible for establishing [snip] proof-of-concept Test -Lab
environment of SaaS and ThinClient services and applications.
Developing core & remote deployment strategies to

Contracted assignment: Troubleshoot recent failing system
investments in Berlin & Hamburg. Subsequently, offered position
