and responsibility:
As
Technical Assistant, Team Lead and Project Engineer, I worked
through the ranks and built team spirit by ensuring that the
teams understood the job specifications and worked together to
achieve the project objectives by planning and allocating
responsibilities to team members during BTS site build or
servicing. Our job involved various RF and Power (AC/DC)
installation.
Main activities:

Installation and integration of Electronics and Control sensors
in the equipment room

Designing and plumbing the fuel line for the generators’ diesel
line

Installation of the aircraft warning light and photo sensor unit
on the BTS tower
·
Setting up the antenna on the mast in respect to the prescribed
orientation

Installation, maintenance and servicing of the HVAC and backup
power generators

Connection of the Earth ring for lightening protection using
exothermic welding
·
Trunking and wiring cables and fitment of air conditioners in
the equipment room
·
Record and report all operations, equipment performance and
maintenance tasks
·
Promote company to existing and potential customers wherever the
opportunity arises
·
Supervising the transportation of the right materials delivery
to the various sites
·
Conduct surveys of proposed BTS sites and to report on their
suitability according to prescribed standards. etc
