and sub-contracting for professional ecological consultants on
mitigation and impact assessment projects and experience and
skills working with protected species and habitat assessments. I
have knowledge of current issues and a strong interest in
environmental sustainability and the impact of climate change

I have experience working within the Construction
Consultancy [snip], knowledge of the company structure, policies
and aims and experience interacting with professionals and

·
Mphil in Ecological Entomology
Research
October 2005-June 2007 I was involved in
funded post-graduate research in the Ecology department at the
University of Southampton and working towards my MPhil. My main
research theme involved the ecological impact of learning in
invertebrates. I have also been involved in supervising
undergraduate projects, teaching ecology units and organising
departmental seminars.
·
BSc (hons) Zoology, result -
high 2:1 (69%).
The course included
an ecology research project on aphids, which has been written up
as a journal paper and submitted for publishing. It also
involved a 2-week field course in Spain. Week 1 was spent
learning to identify plants, insects and marine life of local
area. Week 2 was spent conducting my own research project into
the Co-existence of invertebrates.
