2001 - Today:
since September 2001 I have been working as Senior System
Engineer at [snip]
Italy (now Open Text1)
in the Consulting Services. I’m basically focused on the ECM
products. As Senior System Engineer I’m involved in several
projects where I manage their full life cycle. In addition, I
perform technical presentation in the Pre Sales unit and I
provide technical support to customer (installation,
configuration, tuning, training on the job, etc.).

2000 - 2001:
from September 2000 to August 2001 I worked at [snip] Italy. I
worked as Technical Consultant about XML technology in the Pre
Sales unit. I also worked as teacher in the Educational Services
division and I developed training courses about XML technology
and “Tamino” (XML Information Server).
In addition, I coordinated the start-up of the Educational
Services division and I worked as a journalist too.
In 2001 I also worked as freelance at Telecom Italia Group
within to “Crash Program” project, performing training courses
to new employees about XML technology and Web applications
development.

1999 - 2000:
from September 1999 to August 2000 I worked as teacher at the
High School “G. Reiss Romoli” (Telecom Italia Learning
Services). I also developed training courses about XML
technology and other Web technology (Active Server Pages,
JavaScript, VBScript, etc.).

1997:
in 1997 I worked as Technical Assistant within University of
L’Aquila Computer Science Labs to provide technical support to
students and teachers.

1996:
in 1996 I developed a Microsoft Excel application to manage
Condominium activities; I published and sold the application via
my personal Web site. Now, it’s used in some condominium.
