My career, for approximately the last 15 years, has been in the
field of IT training & support. I enjoy the challenge of
learning new systems and therefore enjoy working with bespoke
software. With experience covering the majority of popular
desktop software for the PC and other hardware platforms, the
flexibility to adapt to new packages and the ability to
communicate and provide effective training and support at all

Office software is run over Citrix thin client. Rollout to all

Large rollout of approx. 500 people, switching from Excel

along with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer 4.0 and
Outlook 98 and a new bespoke sales and stock accounting system.
Main responsibilities were training, floor support, rollout
support etc. I delivered tailored courses to individuals, small
and large groups at all organisational levels.

Applications Trainer/Floor Support/Rollout Support
This contract was mainly concerned with the rollout of Windows
NT to over 2000 users within a large city bank (Greenwich
[snip]). This involved an automated upgrade to Windows NT 4
along with Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Internet
Explorer 4.0, Outlook 98 and other bespoke products based on
Hummingbird, Reuters and Bloomberg. Main responsibilities were
applications training (off‑ and on‑site), floor support, rollout
support etc. I delivered tailored courses to individuals, small

My main responsibilities here were to administer and promote
training courses to business and personal customers, performing
training needs analysis as required, as well as to deliver
