My career, for approximately the last 15 years, has been in the field of IT training & support.  I enjoy the challenge of learning new systems and therefore enjoy working with bespoke software.  With experience covering the majority of popular desktop software for the PC and other hardware platforms, the flexibility to adapt to new packages and the ability to communicate and provide effective training and support at all levels, I am now looking for permanent or contract opportunities that will stretch my abilities.

Providing training and floor walking support for bespoke care home management package (Coldharbour).  This program and the MS Office software is run over Citrix thin client.  Rollout to all personnel in [snip]’s care homes.  This is a bespoke financial management tool designed specifically for this vertical market.  Large rollout of approx. 500 people, switching from Excel databases.
