I am a confident, outgoing, intelligent individual who has been in continuous employment for the last twelve years.  I feel, in this time, I have gained valuable experience in the needs of the modern workplace.

TCP/IP knowledge attained in this position.  Projects included the implementation of a new distribution system.  Responsible for daily backups, and company virus protection.  Full internet access for all users at this site and also running a Microsoft Exchange server all of which I was providing support for.  Also responsible for dial up connections for sales reps who access the network remotely from their laptops with ras links via ISDN lines.

Set-up and configuration of all new PC’s and peripherals when arriving on site.

Investigating any user faults to ascertain whether hardware or software faults and taking appropriate action where necessary.  Many other skills also learnt from this role.
