  • Installed all [snip] products to over a quarter of a million homes each year across the North West of England. Ensuring that key operational and customer satisfaction targets were met and working to a capital budget of c£12m/year.
  • Delivered the effective administration of the Residential Contract, ensuring that the Install Contractor complied with the Terms, Conditions and Specifications agreed.
  • Managed a team of 7 Area Install Managers and a contract workforce of 330 Area Managers, Team Managers and Install Technicians.

1998 – 1903                    [snip]    Head of Field Operations 

  • Initially responsible for all field activity including business assure and provide, service and repair, access network, construction and residential installations in the North West North region on a turf management basis.
  • Specialised expertise in functional area of residential installation, service and repair in the NW, responsible for a customer base of 450,000.
  • Led and developed a management team of 10 Operational Managers with a total team size of 195 employees.
  • Contract managed 4 Install Contractors with a combined workforce of 208 installers.
  • Timely authorisation of all regional contractual payments with an annual value of £9M.
  • Accountable for annual operating budget of £9.5M.

  • Managed all civil construction activity, both new franchise build and network maintenance for the Midlands Region.
  • Led and developed a management team of 3 Area Construction managers with a total team size of 48 employees.
  • Performed the role of Engineers Representative to the Civil Contract and developed excellent working relationships with the area Statutory Bodies, Local Authorities and local communities.
