·       Responsible for the testing of the new Samsung 2110 set top box on the Bromley and Langley platform, ensuring the new hardware functions correctly with the software code.

·       As a member of QA team, I carried out testing, running manual scripts via Test Director 7.2, against all aspects of the NTL NTL digital TV service, in both live and development environments.

·       Testing the iEPG (interactive Electronic Programme Guide) and Diary, SI (Service Information), iServices (interactive Services, including Internet & Email access via the Set Top Box (STB) Games etc), ETV (Enhanced TV ie press red on BBC1 & 2), NVOD (Near Video on Demand), VOD (Video on Demand ie allowing customers to stop, rewind and forward purchased films) and iBarker, an interactive service available to customers allowing them to watch PPV (pay per view) events, such as films, sport or adult entertainment. This incorporated both Front Row, Film Flex & On Demand software.

·       Identified, logged and maintained defects via PVCS Tracker, provided development team with information & support for defect analysis, including demonstration of defects when required.
