I then performed warranty support, diagnosing and curing production issues. The project was later extended to include a new phase to incorporate Talexus and Smart Power Metering where I was involved in all stages including technical design, specification, coding, deployment and warranty support. After 18 Months working on EPPS I then worked on the PPMIP application providing performance tuning for the Pro*C and PL/SQL Oracle application during the non-functional testing phase of the project.
