Assigned lead Technical Analyst For IT Optimisation Project to
Conduct in-depth Analysis into Active Directory including
Architecture & Structure of Data. This was met well within
outlaid timescales and resulted in a more streamlined up to date
Database reducing significant server space across three domains.
This also reinforced and strengthened the company’s security.

troubleshoot Desktop XP Rollout issues, led a 3-month project to
carry out an in-depth investigation into XP profile corruption
issues. Developed a solution then applied it to the business,
which resulted in a 40% drop in helpdesk calls and greatly
improved the Data Centre image.

issues for Pilot users. Created a solution which resulted in
many changes being made to the deployment process. Wrote new
process that could be applied to the business when rollout goes
