I am a creative and self-motivated person with a diverse range of engineering skills specialist in Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering. Energetic focused, Master degree graduate in Telecommunications with distinction and hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. I am currently seeking a career in the field of Telecommunications and IT especially in GSM / 3G Core networks, hardware design (Antenna Design & RF), Electronics field or satellite communications. 

EMPLOYMENT AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Security Engineer (Implementing Alarm and Telephone systems), Palestine   2004 – 2005

• Requirement planning for installation by locating and determining the number of detectors (motion, smoke, etc) in the working area.
• Implementation and delivery of turnkey Alarm and PBX systems.

TECHNICAL, DESIGN AND COMPUTING SKILLS

Mobile communications and wireless skills:

• Knowledge of multiple current wireless technologies and techniques (e.g. WiFi, Wimax, OFDM, CDMA, etc).
• Extensive academic courses in Mobile communications systems like GSM, GPRS, and UMTS (W-CDMA , 3G) which explained deeply the network architecture, channels, signalling, economic aspects and other critical networking aspects that characterise 3G networks.

Networking and Internet skills:

• Knowledge of Wireless/Wired Networking, Mobility Management, The Internet and its protocols, QoS support and call/session control mechanisms and associated protocols like H.323 and SIP and Network Security aspects (Services, Mechanisms, and IP security).

Satellite communications skills:

• Knowledge of satellite communications systems; satellite orbits and services, Radio link design and link budgets analysis, etc.

Hardware & Design skills:

• Proficient in Antenna design and related subjects like Radio Frequency (RF) systems, and I have the ability to specify, design and test many types of Antennas.
• Highly competent in using multiple Antenna design softwares such as Nec4Win95, NEC-Win Professional, 4nec2, and willing to learn more.
• Ability to design, implement, test and fabricate electrical and electronic circuits.
• Highly competent in using laboratory equipments especially Electrical (power systems), Electronics and communications laboratories.

Problem solving skills:

• In my academic projects, I demonstrated the ability to work hard to find solution for problems by gathering all the relevant facts and analyze them to get various options.
• Optimization and increasing the system performance by improving the product efficiency and the productivity.

• Highly competent with Matlab, AutoCad and have the basic skills in using C++ and assembly.
