At ITCD, we recognise the value of home workers, and are making Clients aware of the advantages they can offer.

There are many Clients who up to now did not consider themselves large enough to employ contract staff via agencies. These Clients often do not need full time staff, and would welcome the opportunity to tap into this pool of part timers and home workers. The cost effectiveness of this resource is very appealing.

Another advantage of home working being that it is often much easier for home workers to work outside of normal office hours and at short notice.

If you are someone who is interested in this kind of part time home working, but are put off because you do not have a Limited Company to work through, or do not want the hassle of setting one up and running it, consider using an Umbrella organisation who will take care of Invoicing, PAYE and so on for you.

ITCD does not subscribe to the idea "one size fits all", we are working to help Clients recognise that there are alternatives to 5 days a week 9-5 resource. Flexibility does exist and works well for both parties.
